Still surprise me Giannis drop to 15th pick

Still surprise me that we picked Olynyk over Giannis.

 >:( :'(

Cs not only picked him over Giannis they traded up to make the pick. All this after Danny had traveled to Europe to scout Giannis. A video of Giannis in the league he played in was posted on CB, some compared him to Magic Johnson but the 'experts' said he was only performing against inferior competition. Well here he is.

He obviously knows he made a mistake. It happens. At the time, the expectation for Olynyk was that he would make a decent bench player. This was kind-of laughable since we had just made the KG/Pierce/Terry trade and needed any chance at a future star. I will give Danny credit, though; he has made high upside picks with almost all of his picks since the KO draft. And, even though a number of them haven't worked out, he has hit on the important ones and we have a young core that will keep us competitive for years to come.

So does the Heat have any chance against the Bucks?

They will put up mpre resistance than the home team Magic. Magic vs Bucks looks like last years's Boston-Bucks series where the Cs had all the answers in the first game, and then we all remember what happened.

They definitely do. Throughout the season they held Giannis to below his averages shooting and scoring, made him turn it over 17 times in their 3 meetings, made him foul out once and won 2/3 games. Their size, rugged defence and ability to score from 3 and inside is a good match-up for Milwaukee

PHI's made a lot of mistakes recently. But it's looking like letting go of Butler and keeping Harris was one of the biggest ones. I mean even with all the other ones (like taking Fultz over Tatum, Horford signing, etc.), they'd still be fine and probably real favorites if they still had Butler and even without Simmons now.

If we're being honest, CP3 has been real underwhelming so far this series. Like he hasn't been terrible, but also not great either, and so OKC is down 2-0 and could be facing a 3-0 deficit after this game

Miami is scary!!!

Agree!  I think I made a thread at beginning of season saying Miami is as good as anyone in the East.  Hopefully wrong!

in the West Dallas scares me a bit as a matchup issue for C's....(among the non-conventional threats that is)...

Out of Kyle Lowry, Chris Paul and Eric Gordon, who complains the most?

It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Holy crap.  I just looked at the box score of the Pacers vs Heat game today and Miami took 52 free throws

This is why I don't watch NBA games anymore outside of the Celtics.  That game must have not only been a snooze fest, but poorly officiated (per usual) seeing the foul and free throw discrepancy between the two teams.

Fix your product, NBA.

Edit: I looked up the officiating crew for that game, and Tony Brothers was one of the officials.  It all makes sense now.

This should be a really interesting series. I think the Heat are the just the type of team that can give Milwaukee problems. Giannis doesn't exactly like the physical stuff and there are probably enough fouls on the roster to get after him for the full 48 minutes.

The key I think will be Miami's 3 pt shooting.

Nice response by them tonight.  Glad to see OKC get back in it.  This series still has the potential to go 7.

Yep kudos to them. OKC and CP3 stepped up, and were fantastic in OT.
