Hayward is atrocious tonight. Terrible decision with the clock where it was, too.
Leading the team in rebounds and assists, has missed a few open looks. Atrocious seems a bit of an overreaction.

1-9 is not missing a few open looks lol

I understand people miss shots, but on nights like tonight with one of our big four out, Hayward simply has to step up with his scoring.

Not all of his shots have been open looks,

But I didn't realise it was that simple. You just need to "step up" and the shots fall. You should be a head coach somewhere with inspirational nuggets like that. While you're telling Gordon to step up, tell him not to worry about passing or rebounding, that's obviously not worth a [dang].

Hilarious that you're making this argument when he was 1-9 like that's not bad lol

Hilarious that you only seem to be aware of his shooting numbers this game. And even more so that "simply stepping up' is some sort of actual solution.

I mean, you're the only one who has been talking about his entire game. I've been talking exclusively about his offense, specifically his scoring. Not sure what's so difficult to understand about that.

Nights like tonight his scoring has to be there and he can't be going 1-9. Bar none, regardless of how solid he is playing in the rest of his game.

"Hayward is atrocious tonight. Terrible decision with the clock where it was, too."

Is what you said. So yes, it's difficult to understand what you now say you mean when that's nowhere near to what you actually said.

"Hayward is atrocious tonight. Terrible decision with the clock where it was, too." - Right after he missed his third straight open three and shot it early on an end of the quarter standard "hold it for one" possession.

"1-9 is not missing a few open looks lol

I understand people miss shots, but on nights like tonight with one of our big four out, Hayward simply has to step up with his scoring."
- Pretty obviously talking only about his offense and scoring, as evidenced by me explicitly focusing on that facet of his game in my statement and not mentioning the other facets.

We must have very different understandings of what "difficult to understand" means, my friend.  :)

Is Brown out again?

Yeah, think his ankle is sore still, but he copped a kick on the calf last game.

  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
And that makes how many times Tatum has been blocked/stripped tonight?

He needs to kidnap Giannis, or figure out his workout routine. Giannis would've feasted on half of these possessions.

Just thinking back to the last game and the foul calls. Who was the last Celtic player that we think may have got superstar calls? Pierce?
