Can get to the rim ANY time he wants.

Our guys need to understand, you HAVE to slow down Simmons before he gets to the lane.  That is literally his only move.  Stay between him and the basket, play positional def...stop his penetration.  He is like Giannis Light, but much worse as a player.  Just stop the penetration.

I think we can stop him from getting to the rim, but our defenders need to move their feet and get moving before he gets to them.  Semi / Smart / Tatum and Brown can all slow him down.  You have to play aggressive def on him.

he's a good player -- he becomes really good around the basket when he can offensive rebound against guards
