Hayward doesn't look right. I wonder if the foot is still bothering him.

Gotta think so. They havent really fixed the underlying problem.

this is completely on brad. when one student is failing, it’s the student’s fault. when the entire class is failing, it’s the teacher’s fault. this team has been playing completely uninspired, lazy basketball for weeks and nothing has changed. no staring line up changes, no benching of players to make a statement, no brad tirades to kick the team’s ass, no technicals from the coaches to wake up the team.

bottom line, the team is a reflection of their leader and as other teams are finding their rhythm almost halfway through the season, this team is lost, doesn’t have a clear identity, or an obvious leader. 55 wins looks like a stretch for this team as currently constructed.

This isnt high school. Benching players have a negative impact in the NBA. Starting lineup changes? Our starting lineup has basically been different from our regular starting lineup for a while now!

Playing bad for weeks? What an exaggeration, the team have a top 2 net rating and were on a winning streak before losing Kemba.

ok, “playing bad for weeks” was a bit of an exaggeration but it’s not far off. this lazy, uninspired play has been occurring consistently since the 12/28 toronto game, and much of it has happened against subpar teams. even a few of the wins (e.g. jan 3 against atl) were much closer than they should have been against abysmal teams.

our starting lineup has been different only due to injury and sickness. i was clearly referring to a conscious change by brad to change things up.

You said it yourself, the Celtics starting lineup was different due to injuries. Why dont we see how things are when we are healthy for a few games before you change it up right after we just get our starters back again?

My stream cut out for a while...guess Wi-Fi at 30k feet isn’t that reliable. Are we still slitting wrists or it looks like they’re catching up somehow? Did someone give Gordy some caffeine pills at halftime?

Team woke up and started playing D, Spurs got tight.

Don't trade Tatum until after the game!

Yeah, that ref needs to go back to high school. NBA refs are an absolute joke. Complete incompetence.

Kemba just got ejected on a ridiculous decision. League should discipline the ref.

NBA needs to start holding these jokers accountable.

Absolutely. To call three straight techs on our guys after an OBVIOUS bad call just highlights their incompetence. What an absolute joke.

it’s about effort and energy. doesn’t matter who is starting, the team has played lazy, uninspired ball for the better part of two weeks (which is plural, per my original post).
