The Warriors are much more fun to watch with Steph.  I know that’s not saying anything profound, but it’s fun to see him back.  And credit to him for lacing it up for the last month in a lost season.  So many other players would have just shut it down until next year.
23/7/7 in 27 minutes against a top East team is not bad at all. If only he could’ve downed Toronto!
It is really hard not to root for Curry.
Such a great athlete; respectful, great sportsmanship, passionate, good manners and one of the most skilled players ever.
I missed him.

Feeling a big "coming out" game for Kemba, post-injury, here

Of course, we kind of need it since Jaylen + Hayward are out.

Waiters is a great low risk high reward signing for LAL. He is more dynamic than their other guards. He can shoot, score, dribble, drive and pass the ball. Two way player. Potential to be a real difference maker for LAL off the bench. Great move.

Same here, I don't really think anyone can effectively guard Kemba.

Yeah I agree, I didn't like it at first, but worst case if Waiters doesn't pan out or still remains a headcase, then he's easily waived and Lakers move on. It would also pretty much end any chances of Waiters ever coming back to the NBA. I can't see any other teams giving him a shot if he doesn't change.

That being said, Waiters is still dynamic enough to create his own shot, can play defense, and he can at least handle the ball and make passes.

Clearly someone who can elevate his teammates. game was tied when he sat down in the fourth, then raotors started pulling away. Came back and almost turned it around. The team moved differently with him and without.

Absolutely. His offence is simply unique - he blends hyper efficient volume scoring and high level creation with elite off ball play and excellent on ball quarterbacking. Imo his 2016 season was on track to be a GOAT-worthy year if he didn't injure himself in the playoffs.

This HOU / LAC game is going to be a good test for HOU.

Well....not so much, lol..

Congrats to LAC for the Brobdingnagian effort.

This just puts to bed the argument that small ball will get you far in the playoffs... They won't.

It will be destroyed and hopefully Brad realize this before it's too late.

The Rockets are a different kind of Small Ball. Heck the Clippers employ Small Ball. Zubac/Harrell+Beverly and 3 Wings? Its no different from what we play. Also we already have an evidence that small ball will get you far in the playoffs. Or are you in your dreamland when the Warriors won 3 in 4 years?

The Warriors never played small ball continuously. They always started Curry/Thompson/Durant(before Barnes)/Green/Center(Looney,Bogut). Only to finish games Kerr unleashed the death small ball unit Curry/Thompson/Iguodala/Durant/Green. So they're not an example of how you can consistently play small ball.

I'll root hard for the Rockets to win in a series against the Lakers.

With that said, it would not surprise me one bit if either the Lakers or Clippers just beat the Rockets comfortably in 4-5 games come April-May. Just feels like Houston's smallball could get heavily exposed come playoff time. Or maybe not and they pull off some upsets. We'll see.

save the worry .....Finals will be Bucks vs Lakers or Clippers

Im predicting Bucks vs Clippers ...if both teams stars remain 100%

Yep, Nets blow us out and blow the Spurs out today.

But couldn't do it against the Grizzlies the other day  ::)

Would be nice if NOLA does us a favor here and keeps this lead to win against Miami. They're only two losses behind us at this point, with two more games against us to make it up.

Lol you really cant use that argument. That's no different from what the Celtics run. As Ive said before small ball doesnt just mean what Houston is doing. Our small ball is just the same as regular small ball that the warriors before and the clippers now.

Bucks and Lakers pretty good game. Both of those teams are really stacked.
