Sixers have taken 45 3s...Horford 12 3s Embiid 10 3s...Simmons 0 3s. Wow. He really is terrified of airmailing them.

They also continue to play Horford too much. Him playing 33 minutes in a game that was decided with 5 minutes left is inexcusable. He is playing two minutes more per game this year than under brad. Stupid

Embiid shooting 10 threes is inexcusable.

The Houston Dwarves are going to get an interesting test against the big Lakers. The Lakers 2 guard is as tall as the Rockets “center”

The reason he's doing that is because Simmons won't do it. In an interview after their Miami thrashing he talked about it and sounded frustrated that he has to do it. Remember he's been asking Ben for months now to get out of his comfort zone and shoot the 3.

Quote
Embiid said that he sometimes struggles with trying to find the right balance between needing to be at the 3-point line and needing to be in the post.

"I got to spend a lot of time at the 3-point line, just to make sure there's some spacing," he said. "Everybody keeps saying, 'Get in the post!' But if you actually understand basketball, you've got to find that balance.

"It's not about me, it's about the team. Whatever I can do to help my teammates -- the spacing has been a struggle for us, [but] I got to do it. If it means I've got to stay at the 3-point line all game, I got to do it, at the same time still maximize what I do best. There's also a bad aspect: Every team is doubling me every game. It's hard, but you have to find that balance, have to keep going."

Anyway let's hope they never figure it out

Lakers may have size but they do not have speed. The only big you really have to worry about is AD and he drifts from the paint way too much.

The Rockets really got the last laugh! For now at least.

I don't see it as being very viable in the playoffs, when I feel rebounding becomes more important, but who knows. It's an interesting experiment to watch - mostly because I'm not a Houston fan

I dont think its gonna be effective against certain teams, like the Bucks and Clippers for example. We might also be a good matchup since Theis is mobile and this way we can really play Grant at the 5.

Westbrook seems to be taking over as the main guy on the Rockets over the last few weeks.  He's got that strong personality that Harden doesn't have.

The 76ers are imploding right now, and I love it. How do you force Embiid and Horford to shoot 22 3pt shots? Such a bad roster makeup.

Gulliver's Rockets, LOL............

They "MAY" be onto something here....

And they "DO" have a traditional seven footer on the bench if needed (Tyson Chandler)...not sure how much he has left but HEY if you're beating the 2nd best team out west then why change?

Daryl Morey could look like a boss if this works out.

Good ole' Liberty Ballers. My favorite place to be after 76ers thrashings... only as an observer, of course lol.

I'm torn, I do enjoy the process zealots being brought down a couple pegs.

But I also remember who awful all of last year made me feel as a sports fan, so I have some very real empathy for them. They truly are this year's 2018-2019 Celtics.
