Hawks seem to be playing pretty well early on against 76ers, up 9 and have 30 points in 8.5 minutes against the vaunted 76ers D. Wouldn't be unhappy to see the Hawks win this one.

Today's NBA is catered to miniature players with endless range.  I'm not sure how I feel about that, but regardless, those are the rules.  This kid is definitely a star on the rise.

Thunder up 11 in second quarter over rockets in the Chris Paul revenge game. Warriors are up 20 against the pelicans after their historically bad start.

Our boy Scary Terry making it tough for the Lakers so far.

What scares me and Terry both is watching LeTurds hair falling out on the court .   LOL. Bosley failed him

Sixers have arguably the best starting 5 in basketball, but that they all have to play over 30 minutes every game could wear them down as the season goes on.  That bench is incredibly shallow right now.

Kind of like those late 80s Celtics teams. You have to be able to go more than 5 deep. It's a very long NBA season.

Kawhi Leonard is a modern day SF version of Tim Duncan.

Dude just puts his hard hat on every day and comes to work...with little to no fanfare.

Except all those games he misses due to injury.

Kawhi is definitely more injury-prone than TD, but TD still had quite a few seasons hampered by injuries.
