Anyway TPs to all for sticking it out! It was fugly but it's the first game, let's see how we rebound against the defending champs on Friday

Siakam will score 30 on us and prove he deserves 130 m while JB will suck again and give us a pedestrian 12 point 4 reb performance.

Look at his minutes.

I know he had 21/10, but Tatum was frustrating tonight. Not good. His extremely poor shot selections late in the 1st half killed our offense and basically made a 6 point lead become a 1 point deficit in just 2 minutes.

Same thing as last year. Too much settling for jumpers and less aggression when driving.

That's why Tatum is EXPECTED to become a star player.
He's not yet there.

Sooner than later, Tatum will become the star we all expected.

Tatum has to go through the ups and downs of the NBA.

JB played well in the minutes he was able to play.  The refs took him out of the game with a series of really bad, tickytack calls.

One game and JB is already being criticized.

That's what happens when a player gets big money and plays bad.

I am done with Brad, yall can cut him as much slack as you want, but I have seen enough. DONE. He is going to have to win back my trust.

He sat these veterans for the last preseason game. He must have thought they were ready. Huge fail.

It’s going to be a long season for you Ogaju if you’re giving up after one game

lol it was a long season last season I just do not wish to be an Ostrich this season.
I will give him till December. If it's still bad by then I will join you in calling Brad a ****hound!  ;D

let me ask you this. What is the pecking order on this team, really? Have you ever seen Brad sit anyone down for making  bad play or taking a bad shot. Is there any accountability on this team? I do not see any. Did he challenge any calls? You know you can now challenge calls officially. Did he challenge any calls. Because this blog does seem to think the referees were awful. So I ask again did boy wonder challenge any calls?

JB's decision making wasn't too good either.

Brad challenged Brown's offensive foul against Embiid.

Hope so. They got rid of Kyrie, and also Rozier who by all accounts was an ego in the locker room. But that doesn't change much if Tatum and Brown don't take the leaps. Now or never guys...

I found it decent, you're not going to make dazzling passes when you're the fifth option on the court lol.

He has that star mentality.

Not so sure about Brown because Brown just doesn't have the mentality of a star player.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Hayward needs to be the guy for them along with Walker.  Tatum needs to defer or they need to move him.

LOL Tatum is barely 21 and Brad cannot control him. What a joke.
Tatum isn't nearly as good as many think he is.

Of course he is. He just isn't being put in a position to show it. It's Kyrie's Kobe's Brad's fault.

In all seriousness, I hope he figures out his game sooner rather than later. He's got the talent, starting to wonder about what's going on between the ears though.

On the brightside, I liked what I saw from Hayward tonight. Getting into the paint and getting to the line. And I don't believe Kemba will be this bad again.

I will say this. Hayward was a bright spot tonight. A saavy 25/5, and he took 11 FTs (made 9).

Kemba just shot poorly tonight. 4-18. YIKES.

I don't think people realize we have one of the worst big man rotations in the entire league. Definitely the worst of any team competing for the playoffs. When Kanter is our best big man, we're gonna have issues.

What mentality? He's not getting the ball on offense, what plays do you want to see from him?
