And that should end the dynasty. Been a great run. Thank you Patriots and Tom Brady for one of the greatest runs of dominance in team sports history!

Lol. Pretty much encapsulates this trainwreck of a season.

I don't think there's a simple fix for our offense. Moving on with a new QB may be the best option
I'm bitter.

Yeah, that drop and that mystery punt return (if you can even call it that) attempt sealed this game.

Oh well. Don't think this offence could have gotten us past KC anyway. Our offseason really depends on what Brady does. If he stays I think we have one more crack at it, if we can add two good receiving options. If he leaves then I sense it's rebuild time.

Doesn't necessarily mean that this is it for Brady or Belichik but "IF" it is then WHAT A RUN............

You all have ZERO to be ashamed of - seriously.

As I reflect on my OWN Washington Redskins we were competitive from the early 80s and it started to decline in the early 90s....a little over 10 years IIRC.

New England? 20 Years....early 2000s until NOW....still may not be over for you all.

As the sun is FINALLY starting to rise in Washington I can only hope that we have HALF the success of NE the last 20 years.

All things must come to an end, and if this truly the end of a dynasty, so be it. It was one hell of a ride.
If he leaves/retires, it was a honor to watch Tom Brady, the GOAT, play on our team since I was literally born. If he decides to stay, let's roll it back and try to give the GOAT the farewell he deserves.

Man I really thought despite all that we were still brewing up a game winning FG/TD drive late. But that was an ATROCIOUS drop by Edelman on 2nd down. A catch there would make it first down and there were extra yards to be had. I love Edelman and know he was playing hurt, but DANG man...  :(

Ultimately though, momentum clearly shifted in the 2nd quarter, when we ran 3 predictable plays right into the Titans defense at the goal line in the 2nd quarter. Instead of going up 17-7 or at least 17-14, we only put up a FG. And then 0 second half points?? Blame the defense all you want, but the offense put up a fat 0 in the 2nd half. Such a shame because the offense actually started the game so well. This loss is NOT on Brady. So many drops and unfortunately, Dorsett, Sanu and Harry were all virtual no-shows again. Even Watson actually made plays, but no one else really stepped up. And if McDaniels goes elsewhere this offseason, I will not miss him.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Watch Brady come back next year with #endofadynasty tattooed on his forehead and win another ring.

I’m not sure what happened to everyone at the end of the season (Brady’s throws, McDaniels’ playcalling, Edelman no-show, and defense exclusively giving up 7 instead of 3), but camaraderie did not seem at its highest point these past few weeks. Hopefully a couple of months off will give everybody a chance to re-group. There is literally no reason for Brady to play anywhere else next season - that would be a travesty.

A painful and overall quite pathetic end to a season that started with promise.

Hopefully it signals the need for major changes. The patriots need to be focused on building for a sustainable future beyond Brady, whether he's back next year or not.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.
