Thank god for James White. Now we just need a stop

I don't have a great feeling about this, though
I'm bitter.

Pitiful loss.  Might be Brady’s last regular season game.

Pretty embarrassing performance in a must-win game against a terrible team. The pick-6 was all on Brady, but the defense was pretty awful today -- no pressure on the blitz, Gilmore was owned by Parker, and zero turnovers created. Giving up a td on the last drive was totally unacceptable. All kinds of questionable decisions today along with crappy execution.

What was that Pats!?  >:( >:( >:(

How on earth does the defense look THAT bad on THAT drive. The one time we seriously need a stop and they don't get it. Gilmore also got cooked today in the 4th quarter.

Ugh. We'll win the wild card game next week at home. That's probably it  :(

Also, tied 10-10, 1:40 left in the 1st half about to get the ball back. And we mail it in!?? Don't try for points before the half. SMH

I am not counting out this team's ability to go to the Super Bowl and win. You never doubt the heart of a champion until they are dead.

But that being said, I think given this year, Brady's obvious decline, the team's very mediocre last third of the season and if they go out early, I think Belichick will have all the ammunition he needs to go to Kraft and convince him to move on from Brady.

And, given Brady had it put into this year's deal that the Pats can't franchise him, that Brady sold his house in the Boston area and didn't get another in the area, Brady's dissatisfaction with not getting a multi year deal last year and some of the rumors telling of his frustration with Belichick and that the team didn't give him any weapons this year, I don't think Tom will be losing any sleep about moving on.

Might be the end of an era in the next week or two.

They dont deserve to win next week let alone the superbowl. At home bs terrible team. High stakes; win means bye-home-away, loss means home-away-away; and they cant do it. They dont even try a 2 minute drill in the first half and take 3 timeouts and light them on fire. Pitiful.

Brady said in post game pressers that there was nothing physically wrong with him but I don't believe him.

They almost always threw short, even on third and longs. They refused to break out the two minute offense before the half, maybe because it means Brady having to throw on almost every down. And for their Hail Mary play to try to win the game, Brady threw the ball 10 yards.

I think Brady is hurting real bad and Belichick tried to pass as little as possible while trying to win hoping Brady would get through the day then get a week off to rest. Except, they didn't win.

I think Brady's hurt. I also think that Bill, despite definitely wanting to win, is secretly happy that the Brady era might be near its end. And I think it IS near its end. They might survive the Titans—though I really think Henry's gonna roast them and the Pats will be one and done—but I can't see the Patriots getting past the next round after that.

Honestly if they kept this team more or less intact, added some better receiving at tight end, got the offensive line healthy, and replaced Brady with an average passer who can make some plays with his legs, I think they'd be better. Maybe significantly better.  Hell, in significant respects, Ryan Fitzpatrick was better than Brady this season.

Brady isnt the core of the team anymore. Maybe it'll.be for the best if both sides move on.

Do you think a QB as you describe would be gotten through draft or FA/trade?
