Three Patriots make the Pro Bowl

Stephon Gilmore
Dont'a Hightower
Matthew Slater

No surprise there but kind of surprised Edelman didn't get the nod over Tyreke Hill and/or Keenan Allen.

Also, I know LB is stuffed with great players but Jamie Collins deserved some love, IMHO.

Yeah, didn't think Judon deserved it ahead of Collins to be honest. Think it's an example of the crazy hype around the Ravens. Also think Earl Thomas is a recipient of that too.

Yea, its absurd that one of the greatest defenses of all time only has 2 players on the pro bowl team. Pats bias.

had a long post that got lost, but the basic gist is the Patriots have the appearance of an all time defense because they've played an incredibly weak schedule that is riddled with games against awful offenses.  Same reason the Bills have the 2nd ranked defense.  Schedule matters.  The Niners, Bears, and Ravens all have much better defenses.  They have better players with less holes, they've all just played a lot better competition.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

There's no way that Thomas deserves a spot ahead of D McCourty

Do I dare say -- offense looks good so far today.  Running game.  O-line playing well.  Brady on target.  If not for the fumble, Pats could be up 14 by now.   Hope they are able to keep it up.

Kind of annoying that the Patriots more or less dominated that half and yet come away with only a tie. Still feeling pretty good about this game.

So good to see Folk hit a long one.

If the Pats let this one slip away it's going to be a tough one to swallow.  I have to admit I was all for going on 4th before the half -- but clearly that call let the Bills in this one.

53 yard TD bomb from Allen while about to get tackled puts the Bills up 17-13. We’re in a spot of bother now fellas  :-\

I go to Rochester, NY every year for the last 30+ to my in-laws for Christmas.  The last 20 or so have tough for all the Bills fans in my wife's family.   Do I get my comeuppance this year?

I'm watching with sound off.   What's with Edelman -- is it concussion protocol?

They didn’t mention but given it happened on the play where they called PI on him (joke) hitting his head on someone I’d say that’s a good guess

Yes!  Somehow, the Pats appear to have developed a run game.   Great effort by Rex.

Sweet 2-point conversion.  GO Defense!
