Happy for the win, but the offense is Ugly Town right now. Bad O-line, tight ends are barely a threat, and the receiver depth is super thin. Oh, and a kicker who can't make a 40-yard field goal.

But the guy can hit an upright which is really much more difficult than putting it between.

They win 35-14.  6-0 yet you'd think the sky was falling and this team was 1-5 right now based on the Boston sports media & many fans' reactions.

This team is good.  Real good.  Like I said weeks ago, though, you won't learn a lot about them until late October & November when the competition ramps up.

LOL. Touché.

I think the issue right now, as far as some fans being concerned, is that the offense isn't particularly good (only 21 points last night against a pretty bad Giants defense). A lot of that has to do with injuries, so the obvious hope/solution is that getting certain guys back from injury will help them a lot, but the concern there is the question of whether guys can stay healthy. Isaiah Wynn, for example, is crucial to this offense's success, but he keeps getting injured—I know, two unrelated injuries, but that doesn't change the fact that he's been injured for most of his (albeit short) pro career. Izzo/LaCosse is a HUGE downgrade from Gronk, the running game can't do a ton with the O-line injuries, and the receivers are dropping like flies. The weak schedule is helping them quite a bit at this point, but there's a tough stretch coming up that will probably say a lot about this team.

Jets/ Darnold looking very good v. Cowboys. Could be legit test for Pats next Monday.

edit:  and 2 minutes later he throws an awful Int.

This is crazy. What's Dallas's problem?

Penalties galore. Hurting Jets, then Dallas, now jets. Dallas will score.

Jets win!    Demaryus Thomas gets the on-side kick. Pats might have a game on their hands tomorrow

Tomorrow? You mean next Monday, right? Pats played Thursday and the NFL teams don't play on back to back days.

😉😄😅

Yes -- I knew it was next Monday.... an old-age moment.

Kansas City drops another one to Houston.

New England's biggest threat for the AFC's top seed...Buffalo Bills?

KC and Dallas' struggles goes to show how hard it is to win a game in the NFL. All the while we're (or our media, more specifically) slitting wrists about our crappy offense and our washed up has been quarterback even as we are 6-0 and have an offense ranked #9. Yes our offense sucks, particularly compared to other years. Yes our O line is bad. But thankfully we're playing other teams in the NFL this year, not previous versions of ourselves from previous years

The top competition is still KC/HOU/BAL in my opinion

Pats' schedule has been ridiculously easy thus far.  2nd half will be far more telling.

Looks like the Pat's actually got a bit lucky in not re-signing Trent Brown. He is now being sued for domestic violence. After the Antonio Brown stuff, this would have been the last thing this team needed to happen.
