The unique position that came about by an astute GM.The divestiture of an ageing team for draft picks and the machinations of Trader Danny as he rebuilt on the fly.
There have been good draft choices, some great draft choices, there have been the addition of stars through free agency and some losses to free agency.

So the development of players on a playoff driven team is so different than a Phoenix.Marcus,Jaylen,Semi and Jason are whats left of the first wave.Last year Williams traveled with the team had a personal coach and rarely played for Red Claws. It was a year of watching of learning the NBA lifestyle
Summer league has ushered in a new wave of youth and with it a range of development timelines
Grant Williams and Carson both have mature physical bodies while Romeo although drafted higher is the youngest and deserves to be brought along not thrown in.
The buying of the Red Claws gives players being developed there the added incentive of being a direct part of Celtics franchise and the new Auerbach Center a sanctuary to develop  and repair in.

This is a reboot year that should empower our young veteran talent and ease the adjustment of the rookies.Carson will find more space and not be focus of defense and being double teamed .
With addition of Kanter, Poirier ,Kemba  and Hayward healthy its certainly going to be different without
 Horford.

We got lucky with Robert Williams falling  and we got Romeo a lottery pick pre injury.Romeo may see some shuttle time with Williams to get game reps with Red Claws and Tacko.

With the signing of Tacko Falls the Red Claws will sell out and gain National attention.I think the new coach is defensive minded that will be a big change from just gunning threes.

AND then there will be Memphis pick down the road.
