notice Brad already has Grant Williams camping out at the three point line. <sigh>

And he looked comfortable out there too.

Yabusele looked REALLY bad. I really don't think he is going to make the roster this year. His spot could go to Fall or Waters as the 15th guy, shuttling back and forth to Maine. That said, I think Brad will want more front court help (Fall), unless they think Waters beats out Wanamaker there are 4 ball handlers in front of Waters (Walker, Smart, Edwards, Wanamaker).

I am sure I will change my opinion throughout the preseason, but as of know I see the 15 as:

Ball Handlers - Walker, Smart, Wanamaker, Edwards
Wings - Hayward, Tatum, Brown, Ojeleye, Langford
Bigs - Kanter, Poirier, Theis, R. Williams, G. Williams, Fall
I predict Yabusele makes the opening night roster.  He is already signed to a contract (and it's expiring I think), plus they have 2 2-way spots for a max roster total of 17 (not 15)...makes sense to have Fall on a 2-way and keep Yabusele until a deal comes along during the season.

Javonte played well last night. He wasn't flashy, but he almost always was where the action took place - quite efficient.

Why did Max Strus not played?
I read he was sick, minor injury, something like that. I think he'll be available later in the SL. Probably, just about the time the C's decide to sit Grant Williams/Carsen Edwards down...given their history in SL's past.

At his size, Grant needs a credible 3 point shot to draw bigs out to him. He can't make his living in the paint, he was "eaten up" by Pelle a couple of times. He can score inside...sometimes...but he's going to have to work inside and outside, across the high post and keep the defense off balance to be more than an occasional player. IMO, anyway.
