I live in Orlando for most of the year so this is awesome news for me (UCF). I would love to get him signed to a two-way so he'll be locked in with us. I'm not saying he is going to be the next Embiid, but you can't teach that size. Pretty cool signing even if it doesn't work out!

FYI, he signed an Exhibit 10 contract.  This means that:

1) He will very likely be in training camp (unless he’s released before then.)
2) If he doesn’t make the team, he will earn his full signing bonus if he goes to Maine for 60 days after being cut (thus giving him an incentive to stay in the Celtics’ system for two months)
3) This contract can be converted to a two-way contract.
