Let's be honest... our draft picks this year are likely trash. My expectations for #14 are somewhere on a scale of James young to Kelly Olynyk. My expectations for 20 and 22 are somewhere on a scale of RJ Hunter to Jordan Mickey. Sure, there's exceptions and occasional diamonds in the rough (Al Jefferson at #15, Rondo at #21), but we'll be lucky to get 1 rotation player out of these scratch tickets.

The 14th pick is far from premium. Maybe we strike gold but have to be lucky. No other pick, except the grizzlies pick is even worth thinking about. We obviously need lots of luck there too. how many players in the NBA finals this year were picked above pick 10?Kawhi Leonard and Lowry say's "whats up" from pick 15 and 24

How about we trade the picks for Lonzo Ball? The reasoning behind this move is simple :All the important players the lakers traded or didn’t resign dramatically improved next season. See:Brook Lopez DLoRandle
