55-60

I would expect Danny to find a better backup 2 guard, and probably more guard depth in general. I think a guy like Vince Carter or Jared Dudley would look to join that team
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

68-70.

Assuming Hayward returns to Utah form. Davis replicating his 2016 form. Horford turning back the pendulum. Brown entering Year 4 he should be an exceptional 2-way player. Irving being a great floor general with his newly constructed team and ridding the malcontents of the team (Rozier).

After last season, I'm lowballing everything—so I'll say 50 wins.

Maybe 55-60 wins if Kyrie and AD were to figure how to work together and are both ready to sacrifice for the good of the overall team.

There would also be a breaking in period so I wouldn't expect them to come out of the gates stomping every team they face.

Hayward will probably just be a role player playing with those guys.

But I doubt that will be our starting five next year regardless.

How deep do they go in the playoffs next year if assembled.

Horford/Baynes/Bol
Davis/Williams
Hayward/Semi
Brown/Dozier
Irving/Wanamaker

59 wins next year
assumptions:
- Hayward plays the bulk of the year at near-Utah level Hayward.
- Danny fills in that bench with a much better backup guards
- Danny also resigns Morris because that team needs a forward that can score off the bench.
- whatever disfunction infected the team this year is resolved going into next season

I'd say 58 wins.  going conservative since the East isn't the patsy it used to be a couple of seasons ago.

After this season, I'm not going to pretend to have any idea how well a completely new group of players with unknown chemistry and fit will play together.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

team needs better depth, needs scoring off the bench (Hayward) and needs wing defense in the starting lineup.

70 wins at least, but this lineup is an unrealistic dream...

High forties. I'm talking regular season here.

I'd actually say low 50's.
