These are the PRIMARY assets each team can offer. IF you'd like to add another pick/player each team may have to offer that you think could also be valuable, then go ahead! Like for example, if you want to include maybe Robert Williams or Emmanuel Mudiay too though they aren't listed, then that's fine!

KNICKS: Frank Ntilikina, Dennis Smith Jr, Mitchell Robinson, Kevin Knox, 2019 #3 Pick

LAKERS: Kyle Kuzma, Josh Hart, Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, 2019 #4 Pick

CELTICS: Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart, Kings Pick (#14), Future Grizzlies Pick

NOTE: For the sake of this challenge, ONLY focus on these 3 teams. Yes, teams like the Sixers or Clippers may also bid for AD and have valuable assets themselves to offer. But for now, just focus on NYK-LAL-BOS, who are likely the Top-3 bidders for AD's services.

I'll start. This is my ranking:

Quote
1. 2019 #3 Pick (Knicks)
2. Jayson Tatum
3. Kyle Kuzma
4. 2019 #4 Pick (Lakers)
5. Future Grizzlies Pick (Belonging to Boston currently)
6. Kevin Knox
7. Jaylen Brown
8. Brandon Ingram (blood clots drop his value a bit IMO)
9. Lonzo Ball
10. Mitchell Robinson
11. Marcus Smart
12. Dennis Smith Jr.
13. 2019 Kings Pick (#14 for Boston)
14. Josh Hart
15. Frank Ntilikina

I'm personally not that high on Ntilikina or Hart, and I think Jaylen's stock as risen a bit from this previous playoff run (though it was sadly short). Tatum vs. Kuzma I'll admit is hard to pick but I still think JT has the edge also due to age difference.

One thing that is very difficult about doing this is that valuing draft picks is extremely in the eye of the team that is considering drafting from that position.

The Pelicans might see this as a weak two player draft.  Or they might really, really like one or two other players apart from Zion and Morant.

Yeah that's a fair point. But another big part of the AD trade package is the players being traded to the Pelicans as well. For example, would you prefer pairing Zion with Kuzma, Knox or Tatum. Like that.

I like your list Phantom255x, but Jaylen Brown should be above Kevin Knox and Kuzma.

Kuzma has been one of the most overrated players I have ever seen... His value isn't that high. Honestly Tatum+Jaylen Brown should be in the top 4 in terms of asset value.

I personally think since Robinson is listed so shouldn’t Robert Williams. Not Robert’s fault he isn’t on a rebuilding team to get playing time.

If this is a practice towards ranking trade assets in an Anthony Davis trade, then do the Lakers have any value at all since New Orleans will not deal with them?

Pelicans owner  is Gayle Benson

Jackie MacMullan of ESPN:  "We have been told, I think, through channels – most of us have heard this same scuttlebutt – that Gayle Benson has basically told him, “To the Lakers, over my dead body.”

Top tier assets - star talent
(1) #3 pick for NYC -- RJ Barrett is awesome
(2) Jayson Tatum
(3) Jaylen Tatum

Second tier assets - non-blue chip prospects with good potential
(4) #4 pick for Lakers
(5) Memphis pick owned by Celtics
(6) Kevin Knox = starter potential, possible 3rd scorer potential
(7) Lonzo Ball = I would rank him lower but I think he has good value in the league. I'd say half the teams in the league still like him and are still willing to give up value for him and half the teams in the league have soured on him and won't give up value for him. Even if NOP don't want him, they can trade him elsewhere in a separate deal.

Third Tier - lower value prospects with starter potential or proven vets
[8] Mitchell Robinson = starter potential
(9) Kyle Kuzma = starter or 6th man, low potential
(10) Dennis Smith Jr = young PG, starter potential low ceiling
(11) Kings #14 pick owned by C's = mid first, rotation player talent
(12) Marcus Smart = not a prospect but good starting veteran

Fourth Tier
(13) Brandon Ingram = don't know if he'll be back in the NBA or not. If he was healthy, he would be a top tier asset.
(14) Robert Williams = unproven prospect, possible bench to starter to out of the league in 3 years. Too unproven to make tier above.

Fifth Tier - low value throw ins
(15) Jason Hart = good bench player veteran, not a prospect
(16) Frank Ntilinka = offense too worrisome, bench player prospect

NOTE: For the sake of this challenge, ONLY focus on these 3 teams. Yes, teams like the Sixers or Clippers may also bid for AD and have valuable assets themselves to offer. But for now, just focus on NYK-LAL-BOS, who are likely the Top-3 bidders for AD's services.

For the sake of argument I would rank these offers

1. Celtics
2. Knicks
3. Lakers

However I find it really hard to believe that DA is offering up all three of those player for AD.

Ultimately I think AD goes to the Knicks, they will give NO every asset they own and win the AD sweepstakes.
The Lakers are going to be left with a mess and will likely make huge offer to the Wiz for Beal. Then they will wait it out till next offseason and try to rip AD out of NY.

Yeah, I would go Celtics #1 if Ainge offers both Tatum and Jaylen.

However, I'd go with the Knicks package based around RJ Barrett #1 if Ainge was only willing to offer one of Tatum or Jaylen because Barrett is the individual player I like the most out of that trio. I also like Mitchell Robinson and Kevin Knox. Dennis Smith Jr is a nice add-in too.

Lakers a distant 3rd. The 4th pick isn't valuable enough to put them back in the race. Ingram's health issues took them out of the running.

What would that leave the Knicks with? AD and....

There is only one 21 year old potential superstar on that list.

Only one player who dunked on LeBron's head in the eastern conference finals!

Probably false, I think they just saying it to gain leverage.
