OK, some updates made.

This really is amazing, so I hope that you take the additional correction as appreciation and trying to help create perfection:

In the Jeff Green trade, we never got Quincy Pondexter.  It was a three team deal -- we got Prince and the pick from Memphis, Pondexter went from Memphis to New Orleans, and we got Rivers from New Orleans.

You're right. I used http://www.prosportstransactions.com/ for most of this. In the process of doing so, I noticed that they are very inconsistent regarding TPEs (hence the Pierce TPE miss). They also had Pondexter in the 3 team going to both C's and to the Pel's.
