Hood probably texted something flirtatious back, and this got the Morris brothers upset, which led to Hood getting beat up. Erik Hood and their mother even had phone calls after the incident, clearly there's some relationship there (platonic or otherwise). So 2 grown men got mad at a family friend for possibly hitting on their single mother, resulting in him getting beat up.I don't see how any of that falls under "defending your mother's honor." Sounds more like immature hood stuff.Again, I'm not really concerned about this issue, but lets not act like it was probably some noble feat (unless you have other info, maybe it actually was).Agree with your assessment here. And in addition, there were 5 guys total - 3 others with the Morris brothers who were there to hold him down while they beat the guy. Two on one is bad enough but 5 on 1? Not noble.

Heard a personal story about someone's interaction with Marcus Morris over the week.It has been confirmed to me that's he's a low life who's not above threatening women with violence.Hope he's gone sooner than later.
