Woah woah woah. Smart's hair looks like a mop someone puked in and he's a horrid shooter. I'm not saying it will be that way forever but it is for now.

Lol are you the dude that Smart went up into the stands to go after?

You are such an irrational Smart hater.
I love smart but everything in that post is true

It's a fair whack. We have two of the worst haircuts in the NBA with smart and Gerald green.

I like Kelly's flow.

how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck was chris bosh?

So far this year, Marcus Smart averaging 15 points, 5.7 assists, 2.7 rebounds, 1 block and 1.3 steals with 52%/62%/100% shooting.

Sure it's only been 3 games, but the kid still hasn't reached his 23rd birthday (players typically break out before they hit 24, so there's still a little time) and he still technically doesn't have two full seasons worth of basketball games under his belt (only 162 career games) ... Year 3 is typically when young players break out.

Maybe it's finally happening?  Either that or he just had another fluke game like the one he had against Westbrook in 2015.

Way too early to tell with his shooting. Although even the biggest Smart pessimists such as yourself would have to admit his overall game and ball handling/passing have improved. He's taking it to the hole more and he getting to the line more- which reaps more rewards with the higher FT%. His defense is still simply game changing and already a net positive overall.

I think that Marcus Smart get's a 'potential' or break out year date for another season or two, because of his work ethic. He's going to keep working and testing and adjusting, and with enough work and a little luck, he's going to develop a reliable three point shot.
When you work as hard and as efficiently as Smart does, your window is way bigger than your peers.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Smart had a nice game last night with Bradley out hurt.  If he becomes a consistent shooter from the field we are looking at a future all-star.

I don't think the ball handling and passing have improved much.  He was able to do this in college.  He's just getting an increased role.  Hopefully the shooting actually is improving, though.

How are people so up in arms over Smart's hair, yet I hear nothing said about Kelly "goat" Olynyk? That chin hair (I will not deign it with a legitimate facial hair description) is outright the worst thing I've ever seen on a man's face
