When do you guess Jaylen will get his first start?

Most people were right. He's starting only due to an injury to Crowder (and the fact that our bench sucks so much that Brad has to keep Marcus in the 2nd unit to keep them in check)

The light bulb has yet to go on where Jaylen realizes that he is more athletic, quicker, and get most any shot off, better than 90% of the guys in the NBA. Once he realizes that, he will take it to the bank again and again.

That is when he will (should) start.

I hope that happens soon.  Where he has a 20 plus point game off the bench.  Not sure, though, if it will happen this month, next month, or next year.

He seemed to get called on a lot of early fouls last night. Was reaching in unnecessarily, also getting rookie calls against him.

I'm going to guess October 17th in a preseason game vs the Nets just to rub salt in the wound.

I'll say he gets his first regular season start on December 3rd.

Jaylen getting his first tonight.  That's a full month before I expected.  I'm excited.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Nov. 3rd against the Cavs.

Who starts doesn't matter in today's NBA.  Who finishes does.  And being out there for defensive stops and situation subbed for offense doesn't count. 

He's probably minimum of a year away and likely more from being on the floor consistently at the end of games.  The sooner this happens the sooner the Celtics get to the next level.
