Not happy with Rozier or Thornton.  At 45 RUpshaw was the pick! No risk.  If he gets his act together(and I know it's a big if) Lakers will have him Russell, Randle and be relevant again quickly.

If Rozier turns out to be the next DWade, I'll gladly eat my words.  Remind me! We should know in a couple of weeks at SL if him and RJ score 30 every game, and Mickey blocks 8 or 10 shots a game whether we have a jewel or two from this draft, or whether all us groaners were right!

If the C's scouting/draft team truly had Rozier the 16th best player in the draft, we need to get a new team in place for next year!

My concern is that Danny went with someone who he valued more than anyone else. That means far less trade value that other people available.

Clearly Danny is not afraid of moves like this. Look at the Rondo and Giddens picks, which were both considered major reaches.

Thing is, with all the picks Danny has, he should take risks. So I'm fine with the picks, but I don't think a lack of minutes is good for development.

Yeah that's my concern as well. Reaching a bit for someone you really like is fine, but when it creates playing time problems, it becomes a bit worrisome. Players have to move in order for this to make sense.
