i love Rondo but i'd flip him for a younger big if we can. DMC comes to mind. Unfortunately, i don't think he's available.

So basically, you guys want to get rid of a headcase for another one in DMC? 

If we can replace Rondo with at least 80% of him in talent, I'd flip him for Nerlens Noel. Yes, he's unproven but he's known as a hard worker. Probably not a franchise player but a secondary star.

There is no comparable player in the NBA available for Rondo. For Al Horford? Sure! ...but wait, who would run the team then?

For Chris Paul? (Yeah Right). ...it's not just about "equal value," it's about our particular team. Without Rondo - who runs the team? Bradley? He doesn't have the vision. I don't like giving the reins to some rookie from the worst draft in recent memory.
