Young or old doesn't matter as long as they can play. Ideally, we'd like to have someone with some size who can defend the 2 guard, to better complement Eddie House. That's much more important than whether a guy's been in the League two years or twelve years. Play big, play D, and be able to initiate the offense, that's what we're looking for.
And for those who are counting on a LATE second-round draft pick who really didn't do all that much in Summer League to be an important part of next year's rotation.... REALLY? Has ANYONE seen enough of Hudson to know whether he can play at the next level? From what I saw, Pruitt was the better player in Summer League, and I'm pretty confident in saying that Gabe Pruitt simply was not good enough to help us win ballgames. Hudson may prove to be a diamond in the rough, but you can't expect ANYTHING out of him.
