Nice pick up for Cleveland.  Gives them a larger SG they can use instead of the small outside shooters they have been using.

Like I've said before, they already had one of those - a bigger SG - so Parker is just keeping them on the same level.

Sorry, but Parker is NOT an upgrade over D. West.  Not by any stretch of the imagination.

He's an upgrade over Wally and Sasha, but only by a bit.
