Someone says that it is tongue in cheek? All the comments on this thread don't sound like tongue in cheek.

I think anyone who defames the Celtics by proclaiming that they suck (even in jest) in print on a Celtics blog should be tried for treason.

What about the players or friends and family of the players who might only read the title and not delve into the particulars of this clever prank? This is the kind of support that they get?

When we lost on Thursday there was thread after thread after thread condemning Ray Allen and the Celtics. I created this thread for those people to post in so I could avoid it. If anyone were to read the title, they should read my first post and realize that it is tongue in cheek and aimed at over-reacting Boston fans rather than the team. Capiche?
