In a world where Quinton Post is going to make 10m a year over the next three years, this contract is awesome.

Because this is an extension, can he be traded immediately, or is there a 60 day waiting period?

I believe it is six months because the extension is longer than would be allowed under an extend-and-trade.  So no trying to trade him!

Kinda' wish there a real-life version of the NBA2k "force trade" button sometimes.

So why was Zinger allowed to be traded right away? Wasn't that a big thing when he agreed to an extension with the Warriors a few weeks ago.

His extension is only for two years.  If he had been extended as part of a trade, his new contract would have fit the rules, so he can be traded whenever.  Consider it a non-simultaneous extend-and-trade (kind of like how a trade exception is from a non-simultaneous trade).  Since Queta could not have signed the contract he did as part of an extend-and-trade, you have to wait six months, to prevent any *wink wink* agreements.
