Gawd, you can just tell that he's much more intelligent than the average NBA player. Hopefully that's a virtue of his in the NBA rather than a vice that holds him back.
Apparently this hasn't translated to his taste in clothing, though. What was that clown suit he was wearing? :P

There is a difference between that and the full-contrast black lapels. Plus, everything is better with bacon.

where is the proof that Dunn WILL be a better Player than Brown when its all said and done.. What are you guys going on.. Is it because a bunch of People on TV said this was suppose to be the case? Just because some A$$hat spit out that Brown is more Athlete than ball player, does that make it So..

Come on guys.. Dunn could be a stud player But Brown has  just as much Chance to be a Stud as he does..  They will just play the game in a different way.. Danny Drove up the Value on Dunn to see what he could get but it was all a bluff and We all knew that.. No sense in bringing in another guard to try and use as leverage to get a Big that you never felt was worth the #3 anyway..

Brown is a player at a position that we really needed..  We had no use for  another point guard.. We already have 3 of them..  And one of them Smart is a guy that Danny and CBS really love.. Regardless of how much folks whine about his Shooting struggles. .

But Brown's not exactly tall for a wing, is he? 6-6 or 6-7?
Brown is 6'7 the same height as Leonard with a 6'11/7'0 wingspan.. not Quite Leonard's 7'3 Span but Still pretty legit..  Physically he has all the Tools and from the sound of it he has the work ethic.

6'6.5. That size seemed to work just fine for our very own Paul Pierce.

But Pierce is a Hall of Famer. Do you think Brown will be that good, or anywhere close to it?
why do you think he cant be, especially when he has all of the Tools?  Did Pierces freshman College stats impress you?

At the end of the day what do the rest of the picks even matter as long as we hit on Brown.

He's got the tools and he'll have the opportunity (assuming we don't spend FA money on some middling wing) so hopefully he works out and the Celtics will get to stumble into some unexpected upside for once.

Great words from a great man
