Been saying this for a while now. Rozier just has skills you can't teach. Dribbling is the hardest thing to improve upon for a basketball player. Rozier has those skills along with his elite athleticism. Oh by the way, Ainge and Stevens have said on numerous occasions Rozier is a very good defender. So he is most likely going to be better than Smart.
What has Smart shown? Let's be honest here. His defense is great, but it's useless against great teams. You need a taller player to make that type of impact against elite teams. Like Phosita said, he is going to be a bench player if he can't improve his shot. I wish people would hold Smart more accountable on this site. He was the 6th overall pick after all. We should be expecting him to improve on offense, not get worse like he did this year.
