I like Turner but I think we can replace what he does with a more talented player. I wouldn't want to pay him much to come back. Next season, Rozier might be ready to run a second unit offense, especially alongside Smart. If that's true, we'd be better off letting Turner go and going after a 3-and-D wing either in the draft (Ingram!) or via free agency.

Except that neither Smart nor Rozier has shown any sign that they're ready to run even a second team offense.  I don't think you can go into next season banking on that unless you're seeing real signs that they're ready.
Rozier has shown flashes of real promise this season. I expect he'll keep working and get better. It might be a good bet, unless the team wants to tie itself to Turner for the long haul.
