So much of it is LUCK

Like Kobe's latest injury ,   Or when David Robinson was hurt and Spurs got Duncan

Hawks have lucked into Nets pick this year

So much is based on unpredictable set of events

Philly is trying to control destiny .......to extinct they are ......but look what an awful product they are presenting to fans .....based on a hope that one of,the lottery picks is the next D12 or CP3

Think how hard it would be to,ask,a coach .....who,are fanatical about winning to loose for, years on end on purpose .

I think you try to win all you can ,  then at the end of the year ,  sit players to gain some draft leverage.

Planning to loose the whole season is not healthy for a team.    Who wants to play going in knowing that?    I wouldn't even want to be on team that was being directed to loose .
