I was really impressed with Stevens at his introductory press conference but even then I didn't think he would be able to get so much of that group... not because of a lack of talent but because of all the similar pieces.
He really is the frontrunner for COY to me, regardless of the team's final record. He just does what you expect from a great coach : his players all believe/follow him like a leader, he knows how to adjust, to run effective set plays out of timeouts, to try some unexpected things, and, finally, Stevens is never satisfied. Win or lose he is always on to the next game and that's just a great mentality that's obviously working on the players.
