They have not been praising him which makes him more likely they could pick him.  The guys they praise are a smokescreen.

But what if Danny knows that everyone believes this about him...so now this year he's NOT talking about guys as a smokescreen?

I think him an Sullinger could create a very offensively formidable front court. They both are smart players and could probably get the rotations down to be a solid defensive front court as well.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

News on Nogueira from Euro camp, for anyone who's interested:

http://www.draftexpress.com/article/2013-adidas-EuroCamp-Day-One-4240/

Quote
-Brazilian center Lucas Nogueira had a solid showing, having improved significantly from when he was here two years ago and essentially quit the last day after deciding to pull out of the draft and mentally checking out. The 7-footer made a huge impact on game on both ends for stretches, but faded in and out of the game as he tends to do, disappearing at times as well. On the offensive end he was able to make the most of his opportunities, scoring 13 points (6/7 FG) in 20 minutes of action using his soft hands and length to crash the boards and convert the shots created for him around the rim. Though he is not the most explosive leaper, his sheer size and wingspan allows him to dunk the ball effortlessly and making some incredibly impressive plays around the rim. Similarly, he is able to make his presence felt defensively as a shot blocker, using his tremendous wingspan to challenge would-be scorers. He's not a great defensive rebounder, as he'd sooner contest a shot that turn and box out, and grabbed just 3 total rebounds in 20 minutes, but he was the best player at the camp at times on Day One and likely helped his draft stock quite a bit by just showing up and putting his terrific talent on display.

Fab Melo v2.0
Jeff Green - Top 5 SF

"I've always said J. Green is going to be one of the best players to ever play this game"

Fab Melo v2.0

he may not be, and might be better or worse. The thing people have to remember is that, Melo is not only a project in learning how to play the game (the case with alot of big guys), but also has a project body. He has a very good frame that can pack on muscles.

Hopefully this year he can come to camp, under 10 percent body fat, more strength and especially more stamina. He looks excited to play on the court, so passion/intensity is not a problem.

So either we wait on Nogueira to pack on muscles, Adams to take two years to learn the game or be patient on melo with body and mind and get something good sooner. Melo athleticism is a 8 and quickness a 7, coming out of syracuse. Bc of a better body if he can at least get to quickness 8, we may be in for a surprise

Just took a look at NBADraftnet latest mock draft and they have us selecting Lucas Noqueira..7-0 225 out of Brazil...Never heard of him and this would no doubt be a wasted pick!! Maybe Im wrong but does anyone know about this guy??

He would be Fab Melo 2.0 with slightly better athleticism/upside.  I don't think we need another prospect of this type right now.  If we're going for upside I'd rather go with the 6'10 pg hybrid from Greece.  Might take a couple years to hit his stride but he looks a lot more ready to contrbute than Melo.
