A late first for Barbosa is a fair asking price.

The Celtics would need to find a way to add a real impact player elsewhere to make it worthwhile for them though. If they could do that, then yeah definitely, I'd happily give up a first for Barbosa. Large upgrade for the bench.

Feels weird putting Aaron Gray and impact player together in the same sentence, but I think a Barbosa/Gray return for JO/Dooling/pick would make quite an impact.

I really like Gray as a 10mpg big off the bench.  Tremendous rebounder in limited minutes.  A good pairing with Bass or KG.

And Barbosa is a huge upgrade on Dooling.

I think the Raptors are giving up a little too much here. Knowing JO's production and Dooling's as of late, the late pick might not be enough for them. Barbosa is a good off the bench player. I like the idea though.

Swap out Dooling for Moore and Stiemsma: saves them more money.

Why?

Barbosa's a pretty solid scorer to have off your bench: very dynamic off the dribble and a pretty good shooter.  A nice weapon playing with Rondo or Bradley.

He's got the ideal skillset for the minutes we're wasting on Dooling right now.
