Trade ID #5757305
A nonsense trade due to Philly having no interest? Imo you give Evan Turner a lot more time. Anyone know what's holding him back? He was college player of the year....Holiday's assists could be higher....but not sure he has many folks to pass to.
Kings get: Holiday, Yi, Thornton, Brackins.............solve PG search
Sixers get: Arenas, Blatche, Nick Young, Darnell Jackson and Wizards 1st round pick....rides into sunset with Arenas and Iggy in the backcourt.
Wizards get: Turner, Brand, Casspi, Landry, Udrih and Kings 1st rounder (a bit better than the one they give to Sixers).......
Mostly interested in this for the Wizards, who start winning sooner with veteran Power forwards and young talented bigs behind them to push them (Booker, Seraphin). Casspi has lots of experience too. Then there is Turner's potential next to Wall (he'll have to sink or swim with ball in Wall's hands...can he do it....if not Heinrich keeps starting job.....Udrih a nice backup PG....)
Next year: Wall, Turner, Casspi, Brand, McGee
Bench: Udrih, Hinrich, J. Howard, Landry, Armstrong/Booker/Seraphin plus #1 pick....
That's an excellent bench with plenty of veterans.....
