Gosh.  We've lacked an elite post player for so long, some of us now think that BBD has good post moves...ugh.

Only since we traded Big Al for KG.

That's for another thread, although he does have some good moves, no one is saying he is elite.  This is for people who appreciate Baby's play.

Oh, and I hope the Celtics lock him up before he reaches free agency.  I really don't want to lose him.

“I’M LIKE KG AND SHAQ PUT TOGETHER” Such an ironic comparison to him to set for himself.

Baby is playing almost starters minutes. Heck he's usually on the floor in end of game situations. So I have to ask the question. How many teams in this league could Baby start for?

I have:

New Jersey
New York - moving Amare to center
Philadelphia - moving Brand to center
Toronto - Evans is a horse on the boards but pretty useless otherwise
Detroit
Indiana
Milwaukee - kind of a toss up. Ilyasova and Gooden are both on par with Davis as players
Charlotte - another toss up as he's on par with Diaw and Thomas
Denver
San Antonio
Sacramento - another toss up with him and Landry
Phoenix

That's 13 teams he could possibly start for right now in this league...a strong ten teams anyway. Sure looks like there will be at the very least a 3-4 year MLE deal or better in Baby's future if he plays at this level all year.

I suspect they will.  Ainge knows talent.  Hopefully they can meet at an acceptable number.

Any chance we can keep numbers out of this thread?  It would be nice for once.  My eyes tell me he's a good post player.

LOL.  And he's playing with both of them now. :o

What a dream come true.  Baby must be having a ball. :D

Have you seen any of Davis' post moves?
