Wow, you can't say that Tony's still a rookie, you just can't. I don't care about the injuries; Tony's had some bad luck, but the reason he hasn't gotten one iota better since the day he was drafted is entirely mental. Cripes, there's no more excuses for him, he's making rookie mistakes going into his SIXTH season!
And, even with all the time he's lost due to injuries, he's still played in 282 games (equivalent to 3 1/2 seasons) and averaged almost 19 minutes/game.
There's absolutely, positively, no reason for Tony Allen to still play like a rookie at this point, none whatsoever.
