Not sure he didn't try.  He just didn't have it and it was the C's fault for drafting him (and his "short arms").  I would toss Moiso in the same boat, but I think he did at one point land with another team.

Having witnessed his entire, brief career with the C's, he fits the category.  Forget Red's comparisons of him to Bird, this kid didn't have the drive to improve.
