Seems more front office than player oriented.
And obviously Lebron does what Lebron thinks is best for him personally, but every single place he has gone that has also led to lots and lots of winning, you know except last year when the Lakers got cheap, wouldn't give people years past Lebron (except AD), let a bunch of free agents walk for nothing, wouldn't trade draft picks to improve the team, etc. I think a lot of that is the result of hiring an agent to run the team and then getting in the way by listening to the Rambii, and generally just horrid ownership and management from the top down.
The minute they let Jerry West leave was the last time they had competence in the front office.
