Literally my very first memory is Doc Rivers's goaltend on Danny Ainge's layup at the end of game 7 Celtics-Hawks.

Late fall of ‘59.

7 years old.

Cs vs Philadelphia Warriors.

The Gahden looked HUGE.

Wilt the Stilt looked bigger.

My dad yelling bad words (very unusual for him)at the Warriors but especially Chamberlain.

Cs win, but I cared more about the dogs, popcorn and Cokes.

Seasons from ‘79-‘91. 1st balcony overhang in corner near Cs bench. Section 77, Row D, seats 1&2 on aisle.
