Players need to start actually Moving when they don't have the ball....they all stand around and watch whoever has the ball....Happens all the time, that's on the coaching staff.

Why move if dude with the ball (90% Tatum) just dribbles down the shot clock to 3 seconds and hoists a contested 3?

Chicken and egg, isn't it?  He dribbles it down and shoots because no one is presenting a better option, and no one moves because he dribbles.  In this case, two wrongs just make for really bad offense, and both need to be corrected.

To add to that, about the only guy I see consistently moving off the ball is Smart.  Is it any wonder he gets so many shots?

Juwan Howard would be an awesome addition to our coaching staff. Was a near-20 year pro, was an All-NBA level player for a period, won a couple of rings in Miami and helped oversee some fantastic player development there, and has been really good in his short time at Michigan.

There are a few others I'd look at, but Juwan would be top of the list.

Grab him before Riles does.

If that happens we could always try and swoop in on Spoelstra

I really have always liked Juwan Howard...will be thrilled to get him. I really don’t know why the ownership and Danny cannot see what has been patently obvious. Brad needs help with these players. They probably listened to him as rookies but it is clear now that he has no control on what they do. Those that disagree offer a more [dang]ing indictment of Brad because what they are saying is that the team is playing how Brad wants them to play. If that is the case, that is a problem.

Ownership and Danny need to address the coaching problem. Brad Stevens is a nice man by all indication. They obviously did not let him go coach Indiana therefore it appears they have decided to keep him. Now do the right thing and get him some help. An NBA worthy assistant that can get these players to play team basketball. I do not know squat about basketball, so if I can tell you 9 times out of 10 what the Cs will do on offense something is wrong.
