Let that prima donna get on a plane to Brooklyn and forget about him.

At least, until his homecoming next year. ;)
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I'm thinking that a combination of Brown, Smart and picks would be enough to get Beal. The problem is I find it hard to believe that it's only Brown & Rozier as the problems. If that was all that was the problem, the trade would have already happened. I don't think that he likes Stevens. I also think that Kyrie just wants to play in Brooklyn.

I think this is spot on. There are reports that he treated Tatum the same way Lebron treated him (which was bad enough for him to demand a trade from a perennial title contender). It seems like Kyrie is just a different type of cat. He's decided that he wants to play for Brooklyn now, and he'll probably get sick of it there and move on in a few years. Definitely a weird situation.

Doesn't like Stevens.  Treats his teammates poorly.  Has a history of not getting along with teammates.  Played dismally in the playoffs.  Sulks, whines and stomps around the locker room.  So let's accommodate this great ass so he will stay?  No, good riddance!  We went farther with players who played like a team and listened to the coach!  And that's why Rozier took us farther into the playoffs than Kyrie - by listening to the coaches and working as a team.  Fundamental Kyrie never learned there is no I in team.

Man, the more I think about this...  The complaints with Stevens and Ainge and the young players... Sounds just like Lebron...  This dude wants things exactly the way Bron wanted them... He doesn't want to be coached and wants control of the Gm... This is probably his idea of having his own team... This is why he is leaving.
