No team has ever done this, ever.  That's because it IS disrespectful, so they will deserve the ridicule.  What's more, that disrespect will give LAC motivation, so if the Rockets somehow lose to LAC, they will never live it down.

This. If, somehow, the Clippers pull off the impossible, the Rockets just go back home. No big deal. I mean, kind of funny, I guess, but not nearly as funny as GS getting knocked out in the first round. We can be sure that would be the #1, #2, and #3 story.

It would not be the first time the Golden State Warriors blow a 3-1 series lead with three of their four star players who were part of it. Oh and also one of those four star players also had a history of blowing a 3-1 series lead when he was with another team.

The Warriors organization will never hear the end of it.

Pretty moronic of them. Like really, who took the initiative on this one and had the team fly out early? How could it possibly be a good idea under any circumstance?

Most likely this series doesn’t start until Sunday at the earliest, and possibly Tuesday if there’s a Game 7.

Very easy to have everyone prepared to fly out tonight after the game if the series ends tonight. Terrible idea to do this.

If it ends tonight, I think game 1 will be Sunday.  And if that is the case, I can absolutely see why the Rockets wouldn't want to leave very late tonight or first thing in the morning tomorrow.
