Can't believe the discrepancy in calling offensive fouls in this game. Completely one sided.
Do you know the numbers?
Would you believe it’s 10-10?

Kyrie and Al sucked that half and only down 2

Also with Marc Davis donning a Pacers Jersey.

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Kyrie looks really slow...like he is sick or something. Just completely off.

He said he had the sniffles in the postgame interview friday. Idk if that's turned into something.

On another note, I think we have a real shot to win this game. Indy gave their all, Marc Davis can't stop calling offensive fouls on us and we're only down 2.

This unfortunately reminds me of last year 2nd round, Game 4.

Up 3-0 in the series and we did play well in Game 4. But the refs screwed us in almost every way possible and we lost.

We are 3-15 from threes, if we start hitting those this game is over.

That's total fouls. I believe offensive fouls are Boston 5 Indy 2.

True.

Kyrie hasn't made a 3-ball yet.

It's just a matter of time.

Like what Kyrie has said. The closeout game is always the hardest game. Whether it's a Game 7 at home or a Game 4 on the road.

Dang Hayward, looks like you will be on display as the posterized boy for a while.

Until you shut them down in the second half and win this series in a sweep.

Indiana are doing something that's causing the Celtics' turnover rate to skyrocket. I'm not sure what it is, but Stevens and co. need to figure it out. Because I have bad news about Milwaukee.
Indy was the best defense by at least one measure right?

By a few, I think.

For the context of our opponent's defense, though, while Milwaukee is a similarly good defensive team, Indy is much more active at turning guys over out on the perimeter. They were tied for 4th in opponents turnovers during the regular season where Milwaukee was 21st. Also, Milwaukee was ranked 22nd in opponent's three point percentage over the regular season and dead last in opponent's three pointers made per game. Now contrast that with overall field goal percentage, which Milwaukee led the league in opponent's  field goal percentage.

These are important distinctions for such a perimeter-oriented offense like us. So I think you get more interior defense and contests with Milwaukee but much less perimeter pressure leading to fewer turnovers and contested threes and long jumpers. I think that in that sense we match up better with Milwaukee's defense than Indy's defense. That said, the real difference is that Milwaukee has a much better offense and a bonafide star in Giannis.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

these tools in the studio played that dunk about 5 times and not one of them called it the offensive foul that it was.
