Is it still possible? Seeing the raps get beat up or kicked from Casey’s squad would be hilarious.

If detroit wins both games and orlando loses its last game i believe detroit owns the tiebreaker , i think nets own tiebreaker, if so nets would have to win their last game

ah ok and you have to think there’s some incentive from Detroit to win out as they are 3-0 against the Raps this year

Unrelated to Raps/Pistons itself but relevant to 1st-round matchup and maybe influenced Raps/Pistons matchup:

If the league didn't change the formatting rules for a division champ to hold a top 4 seed at best, Orlando Magic (division champions) would have been the #4 seed while Boston is the #5 seed (with home-court advantage). Remember in 2012 when the Celtics had the 4th seed due to winning the division while Atlanta had the better record, but Atlanta had home-court advantage? How times have changed.

So the Celtics would've had to face Orlando in Round 1, who swept Boston this year.

I hadn't thought of this angle, but now I'm hoping it happens.

Regardless of what happens I don't see any of the bottom 3 seeds beating the top 3... the skill gap is huge.

I'd like to see the Magic play the Bucks in the first round; I think they match up pretty well against them, relative to the other 6-8 teams.

But as we saw with a Don Nelson’s Warriors against the top-seed Mavs, when a former coach knows most of his opposition’s roster better than their own coach, anything can happen.

That would be an interesting matchup and have the most potential for an upset.

The Pistons have to not choke on their own vomit tonight and die, for starters. Down 41-22 at the moment against Memphis no less. Idiots.

I'm here thinking it's gonna take the Warriors to beat Toronto 4 times...

Kawhi is greatness he's a finals MVP and a true Champion it's gonna take Champions to beat him.

I know super unlikely just saying it would be hilarious if it happened, more I’m just trying to see them get beat up and Detroit has played them well
