After tonight's game, safe to say this is Kyrie's team. Not Jayson Tatum. Not Marcus Smart.
If this end of game execution is what entails a Kyrie-led team (not piling the blame on him, imo the fault is on Brad), I want no part of this Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline..

Another disappointing game. I am truly ready to see the last of this Celtics season.

same here...   build around Brown and Tatum

Danny Ainge trades for a pure inconsistent hot tempered Marcus Morris and then CBS can't wait to feed him minutes

whats up with these two and the love for players like this
Really not sure why you’d want to build around two guys that have neither displayed 1a option on a champion level offensive ability or the likelihood that they’ll get it.

what are you talking about?

Tatum was the MAN at Duke.  Did you miss the dunk on Lebron face last season in the playoffs? Or clutch shots vs Bucks and 76ers

same with Brown

All this hype about Kyrie being one of the best clutch/closers

well when is this going to happen?

Kyrie Irving with another last shot blunder

I thought he was one of the most clutch shooters/finishers in the game??

just tired of seeing this pattern

and freaking Marcus Morris .....  seriously F@#$

tri - Your boy Kyrie was 0-4 the last 3 minutes plus surrendered the game winner by Butler. Great closer, yeah.

Its a pattern

The only game it feels like he "closed" was vs the Raptors

otherwise I ask again, where is the finishing touch?

Just off the top of my head, Christmas against Philly.

But clutch stats are searchable and I know some of you hate it, but he is one of the best in the game.

It would literally take you two minutes now to go look at his game logs to see him singlehandedly winning us games.

Your refusal to actually listen to things when you challenge people to provide them makes me want to claw my eyes out sometimes

Quote
number of calls or ACTUAL FOULS?

LOOK WE ARE NOT A FT SHOOTING TEAM UNDER BRAD BECAUSE WE DO NOT DRIVE OR PLAY IN THE PAINT ENOUGH

we have other bigger issues with coaches and players

keep blaming refs and we will never fix our own issues

If you think any one on this blog is on fix the C's problems, then I really sorry for you.

Whenever this is big of a discrepancy some is fishy, folks.   I don't but the lame but we don't drive theory that is thrown out there  because some of our guys like Tatum go to the hole and never get the calls. They can get knocked on their rears and no call.  Don't be so naive.

Sure we got other problems but the fix was on this game.   The NBA wants drama for ratings and they created some for the playoffs.

This game felt like the game seven of the 2010 finals which had the same kind of calls.

bad lost since it was a winnable game... but some calls were bad, we miss 3 guys, we miss some easy shots... but what annoys me the most is why ben simmons with his baby bones bullies marcus morris and not the other way around ok, he is a tall pg but morris is a pretty strong winger...
