Do I like Rondo more, now, than I did even when he was a Celtic? I liked him a lot when he was a Celtic but watching him mess with the Lakers is... very enjoyable.

Rondo has been one of my favorite players of the past era to watch, and I appreciate all his contributions to the Celtics..but when are people going to accept that he is absolutely toxic? You don’t pull a stunt like that, especially if you’ve been in the league for 13 years and know better. Maybe there was a good reason. Maybe there were no seats on the bench and he didn’t want to sit on the floor. But he’s intelligent enough that he should know it’s going to reflect negatively on the team. There’s a reason this is Rondos 6th team in 5 years..I’ll be stunned if he can get an NBA contract this offseason.

That being said, I LOVE that this is happening to the Lakers!

since i couldn't  stay up,for games last night , thought id visit laker land and see whuts sup wif LeFatty 's game thread last night .

2013- The last year the Lakers were in the playoffs.

Another year the Lakers Young stars wont see the playoffs as well while ours will once again be on display for all of the Pelicans front office to see. This surely does not help convince NO that the Lakers package of unproven youth is a better one then what the Celtics might offer for Davis. Looks like the Pelicans front office was smart not to entertain the Lakers before the trade deadline.

Breaks my heart to see Lakers missing the playoffs again. Hard to contain my sorrow.
