The C’s have no edge on anyone but Philly this year smh

I think they match up OK with Milwaukee.

Toronto has owned them for a few years now...but Toronto tanks in the playoffs.  Remember that.

RW is making a ton of defensive mistakes.  I love the kid but he's not ready.

Yup.  Love his energy, but he was giving up a lot of points with non-savvy def.

Great athleticism and shot blocking, but there's a reason Toronto kept putting him in the pick and roll against Ibaka.

The thing is, the only way he is going to learn how to play high level def is to get experience.  If we don't play him, how can he get that experience?  Its not like these guys practice every day.  You are going to have to deal with some growing pains to get Timelord to a place defensively where he can contribute regularly.

Yeah, I don't fault Brad for giving him some run.  Theis has been terrible this game.  We needed some energy and it was worth a shot.

Lots of teaching moments for the Timelord in just a short stretch of playing time.

Every nationally televised game I get to see they suck. Clearly I'm the jinx.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

Feel bad for Jaylen Brown because he plays most of his minutes alongside Rozier and Rozier is sooooooooooo bad that playing next to him makes you look awful. Brown actually played very good ball but because he played alongside Rozier......-12 for Brown.

Smart with a -24 at the half.  I yelled at the TV when he threw that behind the back turnover at the top of the key.

Theis the only celt with a non-negatinve +/- with a +0!

We done whining about this team? Whatever happens, happens. Just don’t know if the pieces fit chemistry wise.

Jpotter and Gouki,

the worst of the worst of Celtic fans.

You guys are unreal at the amount of vitriol.

Hypocritical, amazing stuff , you guys just ripping the team, the coach , with every post , IN GAME! Always out do yourselves.

Talk of hypocritical, you were just ripping on Smart a few posts back  ::)

Mods, can we get this guy banned already? He's already admitted previously that he was banned as a different poster here. Now he's calling out posters as "the worst of the worst Celtics fans."

Banned for what? Some people get tired of the endless trash talking play after play.

I don't do that. Many of us don't

Maybe you should get banned, i never heard any celtic fans bash the players and coach as much as you and Gouki do. You guys aren't fans at all.
Read the rules and you'll actually know what ban-worthy offences are.
Calling people "the worst of the worst", or "not fans" are both grounds for a lengthy holiday.

Ragging on the basketball ability of players and our coach is not even close to being one.

You know what. Fine. Ill just call players idiots and morons. That's cool.

I just read the rules. I will abide by them from now on.

This should be good though.

I'm unamused with his decision to keep playing Rozier.  Good to know he's frustrated though.

Cheap tech.

did he do more than just waive his hand?  if not, that was an idiotic T

Tatum has been whining at the refs all season. About time he got one.

While I agree in general, that didn't warrant a tech at all.  He didn't even say anything.  Just waved his hand.

Toronto tanks in playoffs against Lebron. He is not here any more. There is no way we can beat this team in a 7 game series.

Feel the same way forbes Gordy. Brown & Hayward have developed good chemistry, especially when they come in together alongside Kyrie or Smart. Then Rozier comes in and ruins it

With the exception of a couple plays Jaylen had a great 1/2.

He actually had a really good hard foul on def not allowing an easy bucket that I liked.

I can't quite put my finger on where this went wrong. Part some ill advised passes that had good intentions but just weren't converted. Part Some really hot three point shooting by Toronto. Part some shots that rimmed out. Part some really wide open lanes for Toronto.

Well, it really seemed to go off the rails when Hayward fumbled an easy FT rebound out of bounds with the score tied at 32

The ball was going right to Jaylen and Hayward seemingly tipped it out of his hands and right out of bounds. The Cs then gave up another offensive rebound and Powell hit a 3. At that moment I said (out loud) that is the kind-of thing that can be a turning point in a game...geez, talk about an understatement.

Terrible performance in the 2nd quarter after a solid 1st. Really disappointed in this group of players.
