I thought it would be funny to find out how many countries are represented here at CelticsBlog? As you may (or may not) have noticed, I'm from Denmark myself...  :)

Just two days ago I found a "Boston Celtics Opening Night Celebration 2000" T-shirt in a vintage store here in Ilsan, South Korea.  Since then, I've noticed A LOT of Celtics gear.  I hope I'm doing my part in spreading the fan-base to the Far East.

Okay, so that's USA (duh), the UK (I've noticed a few Britons around here), Denmark and South Korea... I really don't want to browse through the 3300+ members section  ;D

I'm also from Brookline.

I moved back to Boston a year ago after living in Rome for two years.  It's difficult being a devoted fan from really far away.  I remember how starved I was for Celtics news while I was over there.  I would search the internet for anything related to the Celtics.  Celticsblog was a savior for me during that time.

While I was in Italy I also signed on for NBA.com streaming audio broadcasts of the Celtics and would stay up until 4 am listening to games, jumping around my home office in my underwear angrily or celebrating, depending on how the Celts were playing.  Good times, good times.  Everyone thought I was crazy...but they all loved soccer in the same way.

Anyway, its awesome that you guys are fans despite your distance.  Respect.

Yo, Allaboutthegreen - are you Brookline born and raised?  Did you go to BHS?
